November 25, 2007 simply enchanted It took 5.5 hours to get down to my parents' house on Wednesday afternoon. When I arrived down there, I demanded that we go to a movie to take the edge off my mood. I dragged my parents to see Enchanted with Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey and it definitely lived up to its title. It was a great, grown up fairytale with big musical numbers, scorching chemistry between the leads and happily ever afters all around. I want to see it again! It was a crazy weekend, but I'm glad I had time at home. I liked spending time with the fam, especially the shopping! My parents purchased my Christmas presents and I got to take one of them home with me - yay! Of course, it's just a new winter coat, but seeing as it's getting crazy cold here already, it's kinda necessary. I also got the most awesome pair of Calvin Klein ballet flats with money that my grandparents gave me for my birthday. They really are the most perfect shoes. Friday Fill-It-Ins: I enjoy talking to good friends more than anything else. Blogging satisfies my need for communication with people who are far away. When I look at a full moon, I feel wonder. If I want a snack, I usually reach for a bag of Doritos. The most recent movie I saw, Enchanted made me happy. If only I could eat what I want without gaining weight. Jenn posted at 9:32 PM |
